We also provide specialty catering to small and medium parties. We use specialty foods from local purveyors and create Charcuterie tables laden with Salumi & other meats, cheeses, chocolates, honey (comb & caramels), nuts, dried and fresh fruits, sauces, jams, breads, crackers, pickled vegetables - you name it. We pile eight and sixteen foot tables high with elegant and beautiful arrangements of the most amazing food that Utah has to offer. The line up is beyond astounding and we create a memory that lasts a lifetime. Guests have said things like "I have NEVER had a luncheon like this," and "We will NEVER forget the variety of insane food we were given at this wedding-it was amazing." We call it simple elegance and we believe that it allows you to interact with your friends and family on a whole new level.
